What is a wax melt? And how do you use them?
A wax melt is a scented piece of wax. We hand pour scented wax into individual pots for ease of use for our customers. Essentially a wax melt is a candle without the wick.
To fill your home with beautiful fragrance, simply remove the wax from the pot. It pushes out with ease, there is no need to scoop. Place the wax into a burner or warmer, and simply warm the wax. The wax will melt into a pool in your burner dish and release the fragrance around your home.
The wax itself will never evaporate, it is just the fragrance that does. So once you have used 15 hours worth of tealights, the wax will no longer give off a scent. Remove this wax, and replace with a brand new wax melt at this point.
Benefits of our natural soy wax melts
Our award winning wax melt pots are hand poured using 100% natural soy wax. Making them evironmentally-friendly and renewable. We have not compromised quality for ethics, as our soy wax melts provide a clean and long lasting burn and a beautiful scent throw (how well the scent circulates). As the wax is biodegradable, it easily washes away with warm water and a cloth, should any accidents happen.
The oils that we use are completely free of parabens, and harmful toxins. They are vegan friendly and cruelty free. We do not add dye to our wax, ensuring the purest of products. The pots that we use are easily recyclable.
